How to change politely personal trainers?
Only started a gym for the first time and uses one of two free sessions with a trainer. It was nice, but I did not feel as we had any good chemistry. She has been training only for a year, she is much more ancient of what I am, and didn't seem like a good fit.
Is it acceptable for me to switch to another coach at the gymnasium of the same? what instructors get offended when you do it?
